problems recording with the box super pvr

I am having problems with recording programs. any programs I record dont seem to record fully.
Can you please throw some light on this.

Also you are aware of the roll out of nag 3 in Ireland, what are your thoughts on it.

if there is a channel freeze while recording this can effect the recording process also using cheap dongle type flash drives can cause a problem if there transfer rate is slow
