Starview 4 Box

Hi I am hoping someone can help, I have just got a new starview 4 box but can only get the normal channels plus one or two more. Can you please advise if I need to download software onto the box or if I need a usb stick as I do not have one of these with the box...

Also do you need a code for that you need to update regularly? If so where do you get the code.

Bappster, if you are in Ireland with N*L then your out of luck as they have moved to a new encryption method, nagra 3, which there is no fix for.

If your in the UK you need to download firmware v1.07, from the download section. Also check that your Keycode in the secret menu is on. There is an idiots guide in posted in the forums. There's also loads of info in the red stickies.
