my box suddenly lost all its channels except fta ones so i reset factory settings and reinstalled the download but it keeps saying uploading data but carries on doing this over and over again and wont give me no channels, please can anyone put me right on this?

try menu then default then exit to pay channel. make sure key code is on as well

you dont need to reinstall the firmware m8 after factory reset .
fac reset your box again m8 then your language menu will apear ,press ok for english,next your installation menu will come up,press 1570 on your remote ,another menu will come up .scroll to default ,press ok then scroll to keycode and set it to on,exit out and your installation menu will come up ,press ok on installation and then auto scan,once done leave on sly sports 1 to update.

assume firmware is correct, should only take a few minutes, repeat process if no joy. ynwa
