starview 7 problems

hi i purchased a starview 7 box off ebay,i registered box number at my starview.com,it cost me ?25 for 6 months,this was 3 weeks ago and still not come on,it still says box expired on 14 08 2012,can anyone help.

Move on willy123 get a sat box much better & a lot less hassle

starview 7 been down since end july. they keep saying they r coming back on but you cant even get into
there website now. id move on to something else if i was you.
