Starview 7 some channels not working

I was under the impression that this so-called forum was to "help" people,not slag them off ,if this is the case I am relinquishing my membership of it

I can see this is not going to get resolved quickly.
And I understand this forum is not for paid services.
But just for information I have had channels gone missing slowly for days and now only can get freeview channels.
Is anybody else got more channels than that?
the Starview forum and support site is down as well.
Not sure whether to get another box or wait?

any suggestions for another cable service?

Don't mean to sound rude but you have answered your own question's
I have had channels gone missing slowly (soon all gone)
only can get freeview channels. (what the box is when bought)
SV forum and support site is down as well(2+2= 4 not 5)
Not sure whether to get another box or wait? (get a sat box mate)
cable service? (back to square one if you know what i mean)

Go for the Sat box i'm new here & you get some great help on here on the sat side
