then it is sv1 are you trying to update the firmware? Digital Kaos - Downloads - Starview 1 UK AU Fix v1.5 if so its here there is 2 bin files in here the 400 for genuine and 257 for clone but if not sure use the 257 as this does both

You will need to know if you have a clone or genuine

Count the vents on top

18x7 = Clone
25x7 = Genuine
13x7 = 1st Generation

Also looking from the front
Scart to the left = Clone
Scart to the right = Genuine
