THE BOX PVR ( EPG PROBLEMS)

am i wonfering if any 1 cam help me with thid problem
ive the box pvr and im getting no programme listing
when i press epg its empty ,
apart fomr the channel list
ive just updated to sw 1.07 thinking that might fox the problem
but it hasnt...has any body had or haivng this problem
and is there a fix

try a factory reset then rescan make sure time is correct before rescan
