starview 4 problem

hi i got 3 new starview boxes .. one working fine .. the problem i have is that when i plug in the other 2 boxes both of them start ..show nubers 88 88 then 88 82 then they reboot .. any one any idea on how to fix this .. or am i looking for an exchange on these two boxes

you best return them m8 for an exchange .
