    Help plesae

Hi I have starview hd combo firmware f5.21 LDR ver00.21, connected to my sky dish. The problem I am have is this, I can watch a channel for hours on end no freezing, soon as start browsing trough channels lets say after flicking between 5 or 6 channels I get, the scrammed message, then after 15 minutes the channels by magic will come back on. Any ideas it's driving me nuts, thank you

most likely the you know what we cannot talk about that your box is connected to. Some of the cant talk abouts have a system in place that if you channel hop 2 quickly it can appear on their system as possibly a second or third box at the same address connected resulting in you getting a blank screen for a pre- determined length of time.
Rebooting yes can get around this but is a pain.
Once upon a time it was all about backdoor 0 passwords, now its only about the rsa keys !!!!!!!

Kampac If its at all possible take your box to a friends house and try it there, if they have a dish and close to tv internet. I had a similar issue to you myself a couple of years ago and it turned out to be a fault in the superhub settings i had from virgin. As far as i can remember it was a setting that had some data packets option that was switched on in the hub itself. The box worked fine everywhere else apart from my own place.
If youve tried everything else to no avail i bet its an internet related issue or a bad sub as already mentioned.
