Diffrent Profiders

Hi my mate lives in a diffrent region from me,, i recently upgraded his Euro max and did a channel line up. al was working well in my area but when he went home to his place heis provider is diffrent it does not work.. can any one tell me how to sort this out ie how to set it up for his profider

if it works in 1 area and not another u probably have the wrong symbol rates these r 6.952 or 6.887

it may also be on the same sym rate but you will need to fac reset then power scan again as the the freqs may slightly vary.
