its a number thats switched off normally no remote so cant get to menu just a blank black screen on ALL chanels

its ok cheers 4 ur time i was doing it 4 a friend of a friend and im sick of it ive given up i was just doing it cos some person is charging ?10 to update boxes and i thought it was a crap thing to do
