starview4 audio problem

Hi there

i setup the box today and got the channels with no problem, but after half an hour audio went out for all the pay for channels. there is no problem with the freeview channels audio. I,ve got firmware 1.06 on the box. after reading some reviews here on this forum, i tried to download the latest 1.07 but the site doesnt allow me for some reason. can somebody tell me how to download the 1.07 version and if it is the solution for my audio problem, much appreciated.I,m in London, provider t******t.

you'll have to wait for server to update before being allowed have a look round whilst you wait, you may just find a few tips

Hi Thanx for your suggestion, scart is fine as i mentioned the freeview channels have no problem with audio, its just the OTHER channels that have no audio.

I have downloaded the v1.07 zip file from another website on to usb stick. have tried factory default settings in the menu to get rid of old 1.06 version, it comes up with warning that all the channels will be lost and ask for password 0000. then it reboots itself but when i check the system setup , it tells me it has 1.06v on it. why this isnt deleting? and i,m unable to run the 1.07 zip file from usb stick as well, do i have to unzip it before installing?

Yes you need to unzip the bin file before flashing the box with it.
