Help!!! Starview 4 USB

I have the above box a friend also bought one and he's not really good at all this forum stuff but he told me he was having probs with his box and posted me this

"box can be switched on in the morning and be great throughout the day however about 9.00pm 10.00pm the epg can go then if you change chanels the sound goes off.
to make it work again you have to unplug and re-boot"

you may have to wait for the server to update for about 15 mins before you can d/load it .
