Guys,
Have been having a trawl round (and used the search function) and still can't find the answer to a question (and need clarification of another) ...
On the Starview 4, is there a minimum recommended Read / Write speed for the USB devices? I ask as I have a few old 4Gb flash drives kicking around that I could probably kick into service, but they are slooowwww.
Next one - recording capacity: I'm guessing that as a 120Gb will store approx. 80 hours, that we are looking at approx 40 mins / Gb (I know it depends on the actual compression rate broadcast on each channel). Can anyone tell if this is true in practice?
Please feel free to point me at other posts - I have tried the search function, but not found the answers myself.
Thanks in advance.
