What Box??? and advise please.

Hello, I'm returning to this site after nearly 3 years away. funny enough just around the time Nagra 3 hit the midlands and made my old digvox redundant. since then i've been paying you know who monthly. now sick of that i'm after the below.

Am i corect in thinking you can now decode the above??(i know im out of date, but just want to check before i spend!!)

I have either cable or satelitte connection, which is the better option? can you be detected if your on cable?

What box should i get? would like HD and recordable, maybe link to internet??? and of course all possible channels.

I assume you can download latest firmware as before?

I appreciate any advice and apologies for the stupid questions!! Things are tight and don't want to buy anything that will not work.

There are boxes out there fully loaded you can use ca*le or s*y you can buy from ebay or google remember to have a good relation with your supplier.
