Starview 4 Blocky picture issue

I've had my box for a few months, but over time the picture has started blocking up on all channels (just used to be a few) and I can hear audio glitches. At the moment it is unwatchable. Does anybody know somebody who does box repairs as I have tried all of the below.
1)Cables and connections all ok as my neighbours SV2 box works in our house perfectly
2) Tried reflashing the box with the original 1.07 file.
3) Tried rescanning channels.

you could have a faulty box, try your box at your neighbours house and see if any different or the same..

My friend has blocky picture issues but only on the sport and movie channels

Blocky picture

I have the same issue where the picture is blocky and pixelates and the sound has glitches. It only seems to affect BBC channels so far and I am in the Belfast area. Anyone got any theories?

this is digital tiling due to weak signal check your cable no splitters use a booster you must connect box to main cable no splitters
