logo file?

can someone tell me what this logo file dl is please,

some bloke has said he dl the new 1.07 firmware and didn't bother putting the logo file on and now it has bricked his machine.

I haven't put it on either and getting worried mine might brick aswell?!?

so please can someone enlighten me as to what it is and what it does (logo file)

i dont think not putting the logo file on the box will brick it m8 ,there are other issues with the starview 4 but you should be ok as long as you make sure you switch your box of at the back when inserting and removing the usb stick .

hi,,

not loading the logo should not have bricked it,,

more than likely a bad flash,,

as stated above allways turn box off before usb device add/removal,,

and format your pendrive/ usb device before using it on your box,
