flashing with vista

trying to do a starview 3 but cant get the loader to work never had problem with xp but vista no go anyone got a helping hand thanks

I don't have an exact solution, but one thing I know about Vista is that often you must right click the program you are flashing with, and choose 'Run as administrator'.
