Starview 7 help

Hi,I am newbie here and decoders cable tv, I have a Starview 7, but it does not decode some channels, they get a $ in front of the channel name. Does anyone know how I can go watch these channels?
I'm from Brazil and I downloaded the newest firmware and installed the decoder.

welcome aboard m8,if your in uk,if your able to view a number of channels more than the fta its a problem with them,that box is not what you want and to hear.
