problems with starview 2 and 3

Hi there just wondering if there is any problems of late with the starview 2 and 3... just uploaded the files from the downloads section and I am still getting scrambled or bad channel on all channels other than the free one's... any help appreciated ... thanks chaps

hit menu press 1570 an dmake sure you emu is tuned on

when I scan the channels come on for a milli second then go straight to scrambled or bad channel

sounds like yoursoftware is out of date you tried reupdating but first try reset factory settings

fixed... went on to channel 511 turned emu off then sat on channel... then went back into menu turned emu back on... updated straight away and stayed on... cheers for your help chaps
