    SV4 Super USB

Guys, thank you for all the advice on setting my new toy up. Everything worked like a dream. Only one comment on uploading the firmware is that you are asked to confirm the change for the new firmware and after loading, the box will be-boot. Same goes for the logo. I know this sounds a little petty but when you have all your fingers crossed and your heart is beating just a "little" faster, anything that is not "to the letter" is a worry
Excellent quality picture, every bit as good as the HDMI upscaled from the V+ box.
Recording seems to be easy enough and excellent quality. The ".ts" files can be watched on the PC with a number of viewers (details elsewhere in this forum) and I've now downloaded the trial version of VideoReDo to edit out the unwanted bits and author for DVD as other video editing software I have cannot read .ts files and it seems like a backward step to recode them to mpg or avi only to recode them back to mpeg2 for the DVD.
I've scanned the User's Guide and attached it as I've seen one or two requests.
