sorted the box went into secret menu and emu was off so turned it on and all working now

the firmware mentioned in the reply, is it worth upgrading the firmware ?

hmm what do you mean by set defaut key ?

when I went into the secret menu, noticed the EMU was off so set it to ON went to Sly Sports 1 and picture cleared

ok just went into menu clicked OK on default key said something about saving.. I guess thats it
