AM I THE ONLY ONE? (the box pvr)

i have tried the latest s/ware 211208 also vers.4.506,15 oct 2007. i have also tried putting the latest keys in manually from BMAQ. apparently it works in the ntl region but i can't get it to search/unlock for channels at all in the twest region.auto update is on,i've tried resetting just baffled. please someone should have an answer

cheers jok. i tried flashing and re-flashing from the hdd to no avail. i got 3 different versions in the hdd that i've tried. when i do, it goes through the burning process

when i try flashing my box it asks for a model ??? what do i put in there??? aahhhhhhhh

not done one for a while but when i did, i did it with null cable and these instructions

1) Connect PC & STB with null Cable
2) Off & On with A/C Power on the rear panel.
3) Once display ‘ on ’ on the front panel,
Press ‘ OK->Exit->OK->Exit->OK->Exit ’ on the RCU.
4) Display ‘B-30 or B-31’ ( ready to download message ) on the front panel.
5) Access the PVR Loader and then select the firmware bin file.
6) Download.
7) Wait to complete and Reboot.

Press Menu , parental control , then Info + 2007 and you should now see the EMU and make sure its ON. Exit to Sly Sports and let it update.
