starview 1 remote won't work

hi i have a starview 1 tried re-flashing + bought a spare but no luck tried remote on another box + it works fine so it must be the box any idea's would great thx in advance

had similar prob with my sv3 last year. just switched off at mains for a few secs and all ok..ynwa

the sensor on ya box may have gone as well

try turning ya box off 4 five mins then bak on then try again

yeah tried the switching off no good but thx for the advise
