I am new to Starview 4. I thought it was a plug and play unit. Can anyone please help/advise me how to set it up. Thanks in advance.

Try a factory reset and then rescan.
After you have done the rescan exit out.
Then press menu and then 1570
Scroll down and to the default key and press ok.
Then scroll down to the emu (key code)and turn it on.
Exit out and put your box onto a S*y sp1
Wait for it to update. This may take a while.
You should be now all up and running
