Just wanted to know if anyone has herd of a fix for thew starview 4 because most other boxes work in ireland, just for the standard channels not movies or sports i know these wont work until nag3 is decoded, but at least half of the standard still wont work and its driving me mad

Yes there has been quite a few timescales passed down the chain by the look of things.

ya but new cards have been sent out so it doesn't look too good

Yes I know of the new cards and what version they were and are now. Its harder for a full migration in a country like Ireland that has both a DVB C and MMDS network.

Ch0rus areas still remain unaffected whereas the exntl areas have premium channels shifted over to Nagra 2 and maybe Nagra 3 soon enough.

All three versions 1800, 1801 and 1802 are currently on stream there. According to their own PR it is the third quarter of this year they are aiming for, but that's PR.
