Help with super USB

need to down load all ness software for the Starview 4 super USB but can not down them as it is saying i do not have the right privileges to down load how do i do it
please help new to cable box.

need more help please

all working ok but now i have lost all sound. was woking with
the scartlead so i turned it off and put the RF lead in and unplugged the scart turn it on got all channels but no sound.
HELP!!!!!!

change ur scart that ia the only prob that it could be i had same thing and i changed the scart everthing was dandy

if you have changed over to the aerial lead then you need the modulator setting (in user settings) to be on PAL 1
