starview the box super help please

hi there
i have a starview 3 the box super, it went down last night.
i have done all the usual things , latest firmware ect key emu on, checked codes , but when i do a channel scan no channels are found . my kryptview works ok.
i also have a freind with a starview 2 who has the same problem
and cant figure it out either. his box went down a few months ago.
any help appreciated

did you try a factory reset , then install filmware , if you did all this and your kryptview is working its sounds like a faulty tuner

what symbol rate u using ? its either 6.952 or 6.887,

no freeview and i dont know what symbol rate means , im fairly new to this

if you not getting any sig m8 tuner is gone esp if your other box working is it under warranty

if u not got right symbol rate set u will get nowt m8 im not familiar with the menu of the starview but u need to go into menu - installation and set it before u scan 6.887 or 6.952 try both, also m8 dont sit staring at your posts or u wont see any replies from other peeps

I'm having the same problem.It [starview3] was working fine earlier then this afternoon came up as channel changed etc. I had nothing, no freeview. So I did a reset and lots of scans but it's finding nothing.

Hi, mine went down earlier put 8.04e back on, re scanned put emu key back on and all channels working.
