Some Channels lost on Starview 4 USB

hi guys

i was wondering if any1 had any advise to give me?

I have just recently lost some channels like eurosport, liverpoolfc, arsenal, rangers celtic TV, on my starview 4 usb?

all sly sports channels an sly movies channels seem to work just fine.

is there anything i can do toget them back?

by the way i live in london.

any help would be appreciated.

I have had this issue, I rescanned and they all came back.

do a factory reset

i did the reset and rescan....all channles are now back up!
