lost channels on starview 3

lost both e4 channels lost both film 4 channels and uktv gold i'm on starview 3 and ntl area ....not got doubled up channel listings like on other links..any help would be appreciated

try a factory reset 0000 to delete,and autoscan ur provider,remove any splitters or extensions first,and emu to on.usually brings them back.
