Yes it is normal. However if transponders have moved/changed, then you need someone to tell you the new frequencies for your area.
Or preferably you need to do a factory reset, scan again and turn your emu back on. Dependent on which model you have you may need to set your channel list back up if you have it edited to your preference.
If it is a SV3 or SV4 then it will map the channels as per VM line up automatically.

hi sats m8 i have neighbor has a starview 3 every 2 days or so the 01 line of codes changes just 2 numbers the same ones every time i flashed it but to no avail any ideas m8 thanks in advance
i have a box super usb and have lost trouble 1 and 2 and setanta 1 and 2 and some discovery channels, i did a automatic scan but no luck they still not working....sly 1 came back tho
