channels lost on starview 4

hi, im in belfast. iv got the starview 4and iv lost e4, e4+1 and eden. Has any one else lost these too?

both of you guys should try menu, 1570, default, make sure k/code is on then exit to slyspts or whatever then wait for updating, few mins...or try factory setting etc. then rescan etc.

all channels up and running just done a automatic scan. that worked fine. Give that a go m8
