Lost channels on starview 1.

Hi can anyone help i've lost Arsenal TV, Liverpool TV, Film 4, Film 4+1, E4, E4+1 and a couple of others and i can't seem to get them back. I've rescanned the same frequencies and i've done a factory reset and scanned but they have gone. I also tried 1570 and default and exit to slysports. Any ideas on what i can do to get them back? Thanks

no point scanning same freq update your filmware then scan like new press default key wait for keys to update

same happened here m8,master reset sorted it; with the help of the stars of dk
