Hi. Yeah rescanned box with different providers, think I should be ex c&w. Picks up some channels but most not there. On all channel guide there are a lot of unnamed channels. Do i save these as my favourites?

Have your turned on the keycode in the menu.
Press menu and then 1570. press default key and then turn keycode on.
Exit out to a sly sports 1 and leave to update.

Thanks for replies. Found channels in All Channels list but not in the EPG sections. Can you edit these?

Not sure what you mean.
If you press the ok button on the remote and then the left or right arrow you will find all the channels in categories.
When you are on a channel (say Sly sports)you can press the epg button and it will show you the program guides for that category (all sports channels) You can update the epg by pressing the green button when your a viewing the epg
