    Starview 4 usb

    Help required..please!!!! for a complete techno phobe!
    Have downloaded files to my USB and inserted USB into box.. have accessed USB page and highlighted the necessary file to download as per instructions but when i press OK on the remote nothing happens.Any suggestions?

              Have you done a rescan ?
              What firmware do you have on the box?

                  can you tell me if i need the logo to put firmware onto a new sv4 box or can i just put bin file on if i need logo wre do i gety it from thanks also is epg like sv the box
