Sony Max and other channels dissipear

I am using new firmware for my sraview the super BOX USB i can not get sony max or senata sports i have rescanned lots off time but still same problen aby info.

When I lost max & b4u i juststayed on the channel and then Menu- Instalation, manual scan. If that fails then delete the channel /s and do a full rescan. This is happening because the frequencies are being changed all the time. HTH
