have tried box at friends and everything works perfect...all channels. when i put box back on at home i get no signal on prem channels and all sky sports.+ some others that have now scanned in...do you think a booster will help as my connections are good..or should i call virgin out..but problem is the channels i cant get because of signal im not subscribed to?????

am from Leeds and am having the same problem - my Sports 1,2 & 3 aren't working - hi have rescanned. This is happeing to my Starvuew USB and also my brothers Eurovox Ex5100 who lives a street down.
