    Starview4 usb will not flash

I have just received a new blank starview 4 usb & i'm having problems right from the start. I've downloaded the logo file & FW 1.10 to the usb stick and followed the startup instructions. The box displays 8888 then 8882 then 6-01 then ----. The tv screen is blank and the remote only switches the box off. Any suggestions most welcome.

Cheers my friend but I think I've cracked it. As usual ignorance is the enemy. If it goes tits up I may be back to you. Thanks for your offer.
