Starview 4 no channels after auto scan

I have just got sv4 and installed logo and firmware 1.10 but I cannot get anything after scan. Please help.

do u get the channels list but no pic

if so u need 2 turn the EMU on

press menu on remote.....type in 1570.....should bring u 2 a CAS screen

Make sure KEY CODE is ON and SET DEFAULT KEY
