no sound

hi there im having problems with my starview 4 usb, wen i turn everything on i have sound then wen i change channels a couple of times it goes off, i then only ave sound on channels 1-5 i can only get it back on if i turn it off at the box. has anyon egot any ideas on how i can solve this.

check ur scart leads m 8,i had a similar prob anmd it was a loose scart lead
