Nagra 3 hasnt been hacked but there are fixes for nag 2 for starview usb,itgate and kryptview only.

the latest firmware should open up all the channels in ireland.

According to Devilfish who posted a trend in the satellite section Americian Satellite providers have now all switched to using N3, if there is a hack or opening for N3 we will hear about it soon ! if not then all N3 providers are looking safe for a few years .... over the next few month we will know if we will have to subscribe for cable services or is it worth waiting for an opening...

Personaly I would not hold my breath...

No encryption of any signiffance has been hacked for years (Especially since N2 was hacked) it seems as hackers had nothing to do because N2 open so much ..we could be in for a very long wait..

Considering a subscription in a few months migh be the only option..
