channels have dissapeared

hi guys iv read through a lot o posts but nothing is helping me iv had my super usb box 2 months and not had many probs (except the channel listing dissapearing ?) but 2day all of the channels have dissapeared the listing is still there but no shows ? i have gone from fw1.07 to fw 1.05 then to fw 1.01 all with no luck i have plugged my orig virgin box in to see if the channels are there and they are ??? i am lost the box is functioning fine other than that i have tried to rescan but it finds nothing can any1 help me here ?

assume you are in uk.. go back to 1.07. btw try a different provider, my nthell in s/manchester gets nowt.. ynwa
