cant seem to get chanells back on starview 4

hi.
Gazza tryed to help me regards getting the BBC, UTV, and the other stations back.
I tryed what he advised , like putting the beta firmware and doing a factory scan, then switching on the key code,but to no avail.
can anyone help me in easy stepts.

fine m8 did you factory reset if not do it now

yes I did and no luck.
is the emu the same thing as the key code.

yes m8 are you flashing using usb stick if so delete all files on it and put new ware only on it

yes i done that ok ,i could delete all again and re put the firmware again

yes m8 i know its a pain but youll get there find a guy called jok pm him he is good on starview also satsmo good luck m8
