lost home chanells BBC, ITV, CH 4 SKY 1-2

I installed the new beta firmware on my box super and then done a factory reset. I then done a rescan ,when this was completed I switched on the key code.
I still cant get the BBC and UTV and the other home chanells.

I would be greatiful if anyone could help me out.

make sure u aint scanning your box with a splitter attached...

also best time 2 scan your box is from 12 midnite 2 6am

did u press default when u did ur rescan ???try a factory rest 0000 code english choose local cable provider rescan turn keycode n default on n exit to sly sports

press 1 5 7 0 on ur remote gives u cas menu turn keycode on n then press remote go up to defaultthen press ok on remote to turn default on
