starview 4 usb - epg problem!!

Hi can anyone help? When i press the epg button on remote it does not show what programs are on each channel? so i cannot plan my viewing. Is there a reason for this and is there a fix for it??

This is due to a problem with the firmware.

Press EPG then green button and it will load the guide.

I have to do this every morning.

I know exactically how you guys feel!I hate the box for that reason alone.

Also, we cant schedule any program for future viewing from the epg list.

I've found that if the time/date setting is not correct the EPG does not always work.
