got 2 new boxes usb cant get bbc or utv

I was having trouble trying to get the bbc and the rest of the english channels back.Done a factory reset and then rescanned , then turned on the key code and the default,even had it coming on to a sly ch.

Had 2 NEw Boxes delivered today for relations and the same channels are not there. I hate giving the 2 new boxes to relations when you cant get bbc and the other stations.

Can anyone please helppppppppppppppppp.

assuming your going round to install these boxes? do a scan at their propery and see if they coming through there dont see why not if all splitters have been removed whilst scanning

try bringing your boxes to a friends house , this worked for me are you in Ireland

did you put v 1.07 on it and try scanning then put new beta fix on it ??
