no sound

when i have my starview switched on theres no sound but i dont have and problems with sound on normal tv(samsung) or when my vm box is switched on,yet i did try the starview box on different tv and all was ok,CONFUSED

so are we very few starview boxes working,check scart is plugged in fully and mute is not pressed.
