Have just purchased a Starview Box Super but can only view the sky channels through an AV2 connection, cannot view these channels through AV1 or RF connections which means I cannot record these channels through a VCR. My local channels 1 to 5 are fine. I've adjusted the settings on both the Box Super and the VCR but to no avail. Can anyone please help.
