Hd combo scrambling every 9 minutes.

Hello all, happy new year. Had a load of info off hear in past so thank you.
Was all working until I did a factory reset. Since then scrambling every 9 minutes. Have turned servers off but to no avail. Running on carling f5.21 ver 00.21
Tried running newcamd but it doesn't work although I haven't rescanned ??
Doesn't bother me but my better half is not happy.
Any help much appreciated.
