starview 4 usb not working

hi everyone just wondering have put the latest firm ware on the starview usb 4 it is still missing bbc channel 4 and other channels do i need to put the beta on to fix the problem

where are you/ what firmware/ scanned/default/ keycode on/ correct provider???? help us to help you please...ynwa...

You will need to use the beta firmware to get BBC etc back on.

Dear All,
I bought new sv4 last week. I try all firmware from 1.05 to v1.10. I have used sv4 for one of my friend in the past that worked normal.
With this one; i have been trying everything, changed firmeware, key code on, factory default, hard reboot after new firmware and factory default but its not finding any single channel. The cables are all fine as i can see other sv4 box works perfact on same cables and same connection.

Now i am clueless. i have Model ID=500, S/W 1.07 and 1.10 , boot version b-11.

i am loosing hope on this now; could this be a faulty box or is there any kind of super duper old firmware which can even find free to air things and i can use as a freeview?

try another provider... nthell dont work in mancland, have to use t/pest or x c/w..ynwa

Yes I did plugged in to the right cable input. As i said; i have two boxes and one of them works really fine. i just bought another one for my second TV and that doesnt work with any firmwares on it.
Any more cluses?

It looks like you have tried everything to get this box working. I would take it back to your supplier as it sounds like it is faulty.

Trying to figure out who my provider is - getting satellite feed but don't know who provider is. In killeens in cork. how do I find out?

it is not for use with a sat dish,it can be c****s or n*l in irl.
